Group Classes

These are the cornerstone of what we do at H-TOWN. CrossFit is a fitness program designed using constantly varied, functional movement performed at a relative high intensity. As a truly functional program, we design our daily workouts to be scaled up-or down-to be accessible to all populations. If you’re just starting out, we recommend coming three days/week for your first couple weeks, then build to four, then five. Once you’re up to five days per week, we recommend building in two recovery days per week.
H | X
H | X is designed to boost metabolic conditioning. By combining light weight-training and body weight movements performed at high-intensity, this class is tons of fun, high-impact and is sure to tone muscle, burn fat, and increase muscular endurance. Our experienced instructors teach and focus on proper technique to prevent injury, prime the body to relearn proper movement mechanics, and tailor every exercise to meet your specific needs.
Nutrition Coaching

What you put in your mouth is just as if not more effective and efficient way to achieve your personal fitness goals, whether you’re just starting out on your fitness journey, or an experienced athlete looking to break through a stubborn plateau. STRENGTH | WOD

Our StrengthWOD programs aim to improve the 2 classic Olympic lifts: the snatch, and the clean and jerk as well as improve your overall strength for CrossFit. We have found that the most successful athletes have built a strong technical foundation in these 2 lifts. Our Olympic Weightlifting classes are great whether you are looking to improve your technique, proficiency, and strength, or wanting to pursue Olympic Weightlifting as a sport.

H | Flow
Our H | Flow class is our restorative class geared towards CrossFitters and strength athletes. Flexibility is a key element to a wellness program that is often over looked. These classes will compliment your fitness regimen, no matter your pursuits. Mobility and flexibility are heavily emphasized, with a strong focus on range-of-motion and core engagement to help you gain efficiency and proper mechanics when performing exercises at high-intensity.
Personal Training
One-on-one training is the most effective and efficient way to achieve your personal fitness goals, whether you’re just starting out on your fitness journey, or an experienced athlete looking to break through a stubborn plateau. Sign up for our private coaching sessions with one of our world-class coaches. Each session is designed just for you with a set of eyes on you at all times to ensure you’re getting value out of every one of those minutes.
Open Gym
Open Gym is available at our Arts District Location. Come in and work on skills, make up a missed workout, or mobilize at your pace, at your own time.
