Our Strength | WOD programs aim to improve your CrossFit experience by making you stronger. Not only does it incorporate the 2 classic Olympic lifts: the snatch, and the clean and jerk, we also utilize all aspects of strength training. We have found that the most successful athletes have built a strong technical foundation in these 2 lifts.
