ALL FLOW class is our restorative class geared towards athletes of all levels. Flexibility is a key element to a wellness program that is often over looked. These classes will compliment your fitness regimen, no matter your pursuits. Mobility and flexibility are heavily emphasized, with a strong focus on range-of-motion and core engagement to help you gain efficiency and proper mechanics when performing exercises at high-intensity.
Hx45 is designed to boost metabolic conditioning. These 45 minute classes that incorporate a high-energy workout, utilizing functional body weight movements and light to moderate loads. By combining light weight-training and body weight movements performed at high-intensity, this class is tons of fun, high-impact and is sure to tone muscle, burn fat, and increase muscular endurance.
60 minute classes that incorporate high intensity interval training and a variety of movements including complex gymnastics and weightlifting.
ALL STRENGTH programs aim to improve your fitness experience by making you stronger. Not only do we incorporate Olympic Lifting we also utilize aspects of Body Building, Power Lifting, and Plyometrics. We have found that the most successful individuals usually earn their results in as little as 3 months.
