ATTN: URBAN ATHLETES
We’ll be entering into a 3 week assessment period starting Monday January 16th. 15 assessments will be sprinkled into our weekly programming, labeled as such in the Chalk-it Pro App.
Why is it important to participate? It shows you exactly where you stand in fitness by giving you the knowledge, and us coaches insight to your strengths and weaknesses so we can help you achieve your goals faster! Yes, I said faster. Great, so you’re on board.
Let’s “Break it down for you”
The 15 Categories will cover max strength, strength endurance, aerobic endurance, flexibility, neuro + core
Each week there will be 3-5 assessments, where you will be able to choose a starting color for each assessment.
Classes will be conducted per usual format dependant upon the day, examples below;
Warm-up, Strength Assessment, Workout (M/W/F)
Warm-up, Skill Assessment, Conditioning Assessment (Tu/Th)
For the workout assessments either a coach or a partner will need to count reps to be scored.
If you miss an assessment you have any day the rest of that week to get it in just let a coach or have a partner score you if need be. *Other option is to make up on Saturday during the 10am class time.
If there’s one thing that determines whether or not you’ll achieve the results you want… you’ve got to not only move well consistently, but also consistency in coming to the gym.
YOU ARE YOUR ONLY LIMIT
